Beginning with Javier and his follow-up phone call I was impressed by your service. Then today, when I picked the laptop up, I was very grateful for the time your technician (I wish I had got his name. I picked it up at 1:30 on Dec. 6.) took with me to explain all you had done and offered to add some recommended additions to my son's laptop to protect it from happening again. Thank you for caring and understanding that not all of us are as technologically gifted as you all are. 🙂

PC Repair Center is my go-to place for computer issues. They have worked on my old desktop twice and recently worked on my HP Laptop. They are professional, polite, prompt and reasonably priced. They kept me informed of progress. Javier took care of a virus quickly, recommended Malware and Eset Antivirus; he also transferred a large volume of iTunes files from an external hard drive that wasn’t working correctly. Andrew installed the appropriate software on my laptop, Samsung tablet and phone. He also showed me how they worked, set up my laptop email accounts, deleted my outdated office software and added some handy shortcuts and time savers on my laptop.
